Tech Performance:
1. Raw material: Copper Alloy C12200/CU-DHP .
The material is conforming to GB, ASTM,EN,JIS etc standards,it is past the strict quality inspection and physical&chemical testing.
2. The Flattening at the bent part is 90%-106% of the diameter,Bent section shall be thinned to less than 30% of the straight wall thickness and inner radius portion of tube surface to be free of kinks and wrinkles.
3. The surface is processed with non-chromium ,oxidization. the performance of welding is fine.
4. The part complies with ROHS directive.
